Eat-Sweet, Inc is small Philadelphia company that offers delicious and nutritious foods, made from local and organic ingredients, at an affordable price. We currently market our products under three distinct brands

SWEET! is our line of desserts, cookies, and catering available at locations on the net and around Philadelphia. We wholesale to some of Philadelphia's finest spots and are always looking for new retailers.

Motley Fuel, an energy bar made from local and organic ingredients. A portion of the proceeds from every sale suppports the work of Students Run Philly Style.

Sweetie's Pie Diner, a unique diner at 19th and Spring Garden Streets serving up pie based entrees, fresh made soups and salads, and memorable desserts. We are a proud member of the Sustainable Business Network.

Our guiding principles place people before profits and we demonstrate them in the following ways:

Employee Compensation

We pay a living wage based on data calculated by the Poverty in America Project.
We provide health insurance for all staff - fully paid for full time employees, pro-rated for part-time.

Locally Sourced Food

We are fans of diversity and like the variety of foods and products that come from individuals who do what they like and take pride in their work. We are willing to pay a little more for quality ingredients from a local grower or producer and ensure the health of our environment and community.

Fair Trade

We serve fair trade coffee and tea. The poorest countries in the world grow the coffee and teas that are our morning ritual. Just as we pay our staff a living wage, so too do we believe in paying a living wage to coffee and tea growers.

Organic Dairy and Eggs

In general we buy as much organic food as possible. We only buy and use organic and pastured dairy and eggs - both from Lancaster County - no exceptions!

Community Investment

Basically we like to play well with others. The community supports us - we should support it and we do so in the following ways.

Our Motley Fuel bars donate a full 30% of net proceeds to Students Run Philly Style.
We donate food and gift certificates to charity events.
Beginning in November, Sweeties Pie Diner will host 5% days, where that percentage of our till will be ear marked for charity. Check back for applications.
