Made from the freshest of local and organic ingredients select SWEET dishes are available at Joe Coffee Bar, at the Headhouse Farmers' Market, or delivered to your door.
The best tasting food is eaten not long after being harvested. Eating local produce means the food has not traveled great distances and experienced drastic changes in climate moving from refrigerators to shipping bins and back again. This also means less fuel is consumed - better for the environment and less expensive in the long run. Without farmers there is no food. Supporting local growers including family farms supports the local economy, supports more green space, and contributes to better bio-diversity.
